At Auralisca Jewels, every piece is crafted with care and precision. We want you to love your jewelry, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return & exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, along with the original box, certificates, and invoices.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry (including special design requests and customized ring sizes) is non-returnable.
- Items showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at support@auraliscajewels.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address
- Ship the product securely packed, preferably using insured and trackable courier services.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI.
- Shipping and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for products of $250 equal or higher value.
- In case of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
- If exchanging for a lower value item, the balance will be refunded (after deducting applicable charges).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, engraved, or bespoke designs.
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
- Items bought on sale or clearance.
- Products without original packaging, invoice, or certificates.
7. Shipping Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using insured courier services for returns. Auralisca Jewels will not be responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
8. International Orders
- Returns are accepted, but customs duties, taxes, and international shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for safe return shipping.
9. Policy Updates
Auralisca Jewels reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest effective date.
